When advertising cookies are on, Meta is told which pages you view here and what you do (sign-ups, purchases), with your email, name and phone number hashed if you have given them to us, so we can measure and target Facebook and Instagram ads. Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as this same opt-out automatically, every visit, without you clicking anything.

Your other choices

Opting out of sharing does not switch off our own first-party analytics (the record of pages you view on this site, kept in our database). To turn that off too, use Cookie choices and choose Reject optional.
