Terms of service
1. The agreement
These terms govern use of Glime CRM. Creating a workspace means you accept them on behalf of your organization. Enterprise customers may execute a separate MSA which then controls.
2. Trials & subscriptions
- Trial: 14 days, full features, no payment method required. At expiry the workspace becomes read-only; your data remains exportable for 60 days.
- Subscriptions: per-seat, monthly or annual, paid through PayPal at self-serve checkout, or by invoice (Stripe) on Enterprise. A purchase buys a term: seats bought mid-term join the current term, a renewal extends from the date the term ends, and a term never renews itself. A move to a smaller plan takes effect when the current term ends.
- Money-back guarantee: full refund on an annual term within 30 days of its payment, no questions asked, self-serve from Settings → Plan & billing. A refund reverses what that purchase added and deletes no data.
- Renewal: a term never renews itself. We notify the workspace's billing admins 30, 7 and 1 day before it ends.
- Price changes: never mid-term. The per-seat price paid is held for renewals for 12 months from each payment (or the list price, if lower); beyond that, 60 days' notice before a renewal price changes.
3. Your data
You own your workspace content. We claim no rights beyond what's needed to run the service, we process it per the DPA, and you can export all of it at any time (exit process). We do not train shared AI models on it.
4. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no spam infrastructure, no attempting to breach tenant isolation, no reselling without a partner agreement, no benchmarking published without version disclosure. We notify before suspension except where legally prevented or under active abuse.
5. Availability & support
Availability targets and support response times per plan are published on the status page. They are targets, not a service-level agreement, and carry no service credits until the status page states, with a date, that they have become one.
6. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is" during beta/design-partner phases, and warranted to perform materially as documented on paid GA plans. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months; neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for willful misconduct or breaches of confidentiality.
7. Termination
You may cancel any time, effective end of term. We may terminate for material breach with 30 days' cure notice. On termination: 60-day read-only export window, then deletion with written confirmation. No exit fees.
8. Governing law
[Jurisdiction placeholder — set with counsel.] Disputes proceed first through good-faith executive negotiation for 30 days.
