The Discount Leakage Audit
Every CPQ vendor says discounting leaks margin. This one lets you check it on your own numbers. Drop in last year's quotes or closed deals, and the same engine that prices a live Glime quote tells you what the discounting cost, how many quotes each approval rung would have carried, and whether the discounts actually won deals.
Your file never leaves this page. The page's security policy forbids it from connecting anywhere, and your browser enforces that — view the source to see it, or switch your wifi off and run it anyway. We never see your data, so there's nothing for us to store, leak or sell.
1. Your quote history
A CSV export from your CRM, a spreadsheet, or your quoting tool: one row per quote or deal, with a list price (or a net price) and a discount, and ideally who sold it and whether it closed.
Which column is which
Load a file and we'll guess; correct anything we got wrong.
2. The approval policy to test
The default is a common three-rung ladder. Change it to what you run today — or to what you're thinking of running — and the audit re-routes every quote through it.
Run it
The audit runs the moment there's a file and re-runs whenever you change the policy.
3. What your history says
These are made-up sample numbers so you can see the report. Load your own file to audit your own quotes.

Did the discounts win? Win rate by discount band
Win rate is closed-won ÷ (closed-won + closed-lost). Open deals are counted but not scored. A band with fewer than five decided deals shows counts, not a percentage — a percentage of three deals is a rumour.
By rep
Take the policy with you. Start a free trial and this ladder is waiting as a draft in your workspace — thresholds only; not one quote from your file goes with it.
Start a free trial with this policyHow leakage is counted: for each quote, the discount past the self-serve limit, times its list value — the value given away beyond what a rep may give on their own. It is the same function a live Glime quote and the monthly governance report use. It is not a claim that every point of it was avoidable; it is the part nobody had to sign for.
