What a connector would carry (not built)
- SMS as a first-class activity type
- Call outcomes logged against contacts
- One feed for email, call, SMS, and chat
Status: Glime does not ship a one-click Twilio connector today. What
exists is a structured export of your whole workspace — every object, on any plan, and still
available if your term lapses — plus the REST surface the Glime app itself runs on. That is
enough to build the sync, or to hand a partner the shape of your data. Hosted connectors and
the key-authenticated public API are roadmap, tracked in erp-integration.md;
nothing built against the export will be wasted when they land.
