Glime CRM + Sage No connector yet

Sage covers everything from a desktop ledger to a mid-market cloud ERP — which Sage you run decides what the connection looks like.

What a connector would carry (not built)

  • Accepted quotes become sales orders with the line-level detail Sage expects, not a single-line summary
  • Nominal/account codes ride on product records so coding is not re-keyed per invoice
  • The audit trail behind every discount survives the handoff — approver, timestamp, and reason stay on the Glime record

Who runs Sage

Long-established in UK and European small businesses, often installed years before the sales team had a CRM at all.

How the connection works today

Three different products wear the name. Sage Accounting (Business Cloud) has a modern REST API; Sage Intacct exposes Web Services and a REST surface for the mid-market end; Sage 50 is a desktop ledger whose data is reached through Sage's own connectivity tooling on Windows. Cloud Sage is an API integration and Sage 50 is realistically a CSV handoff — ask which one you have before anyone promises a sync.

Status: Glime does not ship a one-click Sage connector today. What exists is a structured export of your whole workspace — every object, on any plan, and still available if your term lapses — plus the REST surface the Glime app itself runs on. That is enough to build the sync, or to hand a partner the shape of your data. Hosted connectors and the key-authenticated public API are roadmap, tracked in erp-integration.md; nothing built against the export will be wasted when they land.
