Glime CRM + Odoo Connector in preview

Open-source ERP with the widest small-business footprint of anything on this page — and an external API that will accept a governed order.

What the connector does

  • An approved quote lands in Odoo as a Quotation (sale.order), with its lines and net prices, and the approval that cleared it cited in the note
  • A signed contract is sent the same way; one still under negotiation is refused
  • Order status and fulfilment come back; a price edited in Odoo is flagged with both values, never silently applied

Who runs Odoo

Small businesses that wanted an ERP without an enterprise licence — self-hosted, on Odoo.sh, or on Odoo Online, frequently with a local implementation partner.

How the connection works today

Odoo's external API is XML-RPC and JSON-RPC against its data models directly — res.partner, product.product, sale.order, account.move. That is more surface than a curated REST API and it moves between major versions, so pin the version you integrate against. Self-hosted instances also have to be reachable from outside your network before any of this matters.

Status: preview, not offered. Glime has a Odoo connector in the product, tested on every change against a simulator of Odoo's API, and it is not sold or recommended for a live company file yet: QuickBooks Online is being taken live first. Today the workspace export — every object, on any plan — and the REST API carry the order across; talk to us before connecting this one.
