Glime CRM + Google Workspace Partial connector
Log customer email from Gmail onto the CRM without granting anything access to your mailbox — and the same address works from Outlook.
What the connector does
- BCC your workspace's log address on an email to a customer, or forward one you received, and it lands on the contact as an Email activity
- A quote number in the subject (Q-1042) files it on that quote's account; otherwise it matches the contact by email address
- Only mail from your own team's addresses is logged, a message is logged once however often it arrives, and attachments are listed by name, not stored
Status: partial. email is logged by BCC or forward: each workspace has a log address, and a message sent to it lands on the contact, or on the account of the quote it names, as an Email activity. Nothing reads your mailbox, so a reply you don't BCC or forward is not logged, and calendar events are not synced. Everything else goes through the structured export and the REST surface the app runs on.
