Glime CRM + FreshBooks No connector yet

Built for service businesses that bill time and projects — where the quote is the scope and the invoice has to match it.

What a connector would carry (not built)

  • Service and recurring lines quote through the same pricing and approval engine as products
  • Accepted quotes carry the agreed scope, so the invoice is not re-negotiated from memory
  • Discount approvals apply to services, which is where unmanaged discounting usually starts

Who runs FreshBooks

Agencies, consultancies, and professional-services firms — typically under 50 people, billing projects rather than shipping units.

How the connection works today

The FreshBooks API is REST with OAuth 2.0 and covers clients, estimates, and invoices. The estimate object is the natural landing place for an accepted Glime quote; the approval history stays in Glime, because FreshBooks has nowhere to put it.

Status: Glime does not ship a one-click FreshBooks connector today. What exists is a structured export of your whole workspace — every object, on any plan, and still available if your term lapses — plus the REST surface the Glime app itself runs on. That is enough to build the sync, or to hand a partner the shape of your data. Hosted connectors and the key-authenticated public API are roadmap, tracked in erp-integration.md; nothing built against the export will be wasted when they land.
