Glime CRM + Acumatica Connector in preview
Cloud ERP priced by resources rather than per user — which is why growing small businesses shortlist it against NetSuite.
What the connector does
- An approved quote lands in Acumatica as a Sales order, with its lines and net prices, and the approval that cleared it cited in the note
- A signed contract is sent the same way; one still under negotiation is refused
- Order status and fulfilment come back; a price edited in Acumatica is flagged with both values, never silently applied
Who runs Acumatica
Distribution, manufacturing, and construction companies typically between 50 and 500 people, often replacing QuickBooks plus spreadsheets.
How the connection works today
Acumatica's contract-based REST API exposes Customer, StockItem, SalesOrder, and Invoice endpoints against a versioned Default endpoint, with OData for reporting and webhooks for change notification. The contract-based versioning is the part that matters operationally: your integration keeps working across their upgrades.
Status: preview, not offered. Glime has a Acumatica connector in the product, tested on every change against a simulator of Acumatica's API, and it is not sold or recommended for a live company file yet: QuickBooks Online is being taken live first. Today the workspace export — every object, on any plan — and the REST API carry the order across; talk to us before connecting this one.
| Sends | approved quotes and signed contracts, landing as a Sales order |
|---|---|
| When | the Send button on an approved quote |
| Brings back | order status and fulfilment, hourly, on demand, or on the vendor's webhook where it sends one |
| Connecting | an Admin pastes url, username, password, company |
| On a conflict | the ERP wins on fulfilment, Glime wins on price |
| Run against Acumatica | Not yet. Tested in CI against a recording client in Acumatica's API shape, never against a real Acumatica company |
