Talk to a person
Glime is small enough that the person who answers your email is the person who can fix the thing. Here is where we are, how to reach us, and how fast we answer — the same commitments we put in writing for customers on annual plans.

Before you email support
Two things usually answer the question faster than we can:
- The live sandbox — full product, sample data, no account. If you're trying to work out whether Glime does something, it's quicker to go do it.
- Status — if something looks broken, this says whether it's us.
Not what you were looking for?
- Pricing — including what happens when you outgrow a plan.
- Trust center — security questionnaires, subprocessors, uptime.
- Partners — if you implement CRMs for a living.
- Migrating — from Salesforce, HubSpot, or a spreadsheet.
